Personal data processing policy

1. General provisions

This personal data processing policy has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27.07.2006 and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures to ensure the security of personal data of adgod.ru (hereinafter the Operator).

  1. The Operator’s most important goal and a condition of its activities is observance of the rights and freedoms of individuals when processing their personal data, including protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.
  2. This Operator policy on the processing of personal data (hereinafter the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://adgod.ru.

2. Key terms used in the Policy

  1. Automated processing of personal data — processing of personal data using computing equipment;
  2. Blocking of personal data — temporary suspension of personal data processing (except where processing is necessary to clarify personal data);

Operator — a state body, municipal body, legal entity, or individual that, independently or jointly with other persons, organizes and/or carries out the processing of personal data, and also determines the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data;
  8. Personal data — any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the website https://adgod.ru;
  9. User — any visitor to the website https://adgod.ru;
  10. Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific circle of persons;
  11. Distribution of personal data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons (transfer of personal data) or at making personal data known to an unlimited circle of persons, including publication of personal data in the mass media, placement in information and telecommunications networks, or granting access to personal data in any other way;
  12. Cross-border transfer of personal data — transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign state authority, a foreign individual, or a foreign legal entity;

Destruction of personal data — any actions as a result of which personal data are destroyed irreversibly with no possibility of further restoring the content of the personal data in the personal data information system and/or as a result of which the tangible media of personal data are destroyed.

3. The Operator may process the following User personal data

  1. Email address;
  2. Phone numbers;
  3. The website also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including “cookie” files) using Internet statistics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, and others).
  4. The data listed above are hereinafter collectively referred to in the Policy as Personal data.

4. Purposes of personal data processing

  1. The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is the conclusion, performance, and termination of civil-law contracts; granting the User access to services, information and/or materials contained on the website https://adgod.ru; clarifying order details.
  2. The Operator is also entitled to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User may always opt out of receiving informational messages by sending the Operator an email to [email protected] marked “Opt-out of notifications about new products and services and special offers”.

5. Legal grounds for personal data processing

By completing the relevant forms and/or sending their personal data to the Operator, the User expresses consent to this Policy.
  2. The Operator processes anonymized data about the User if this is permitted in the User’s browser settings (saving of “cookie” files and use of JavaScript technology are enabled).

6. Procedure for collection, storage, transfer, and other types of personal data processing

The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementing legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully meet the requirements of applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection.

  1. The Operator ensures the security of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to personal data by unauthorized persons.
  2. The User’s personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to compliance with applicable legislation.
  3. If inaccuracies in personal data are identified, the User may update them independently by sending the Operator a notice to the Operator’s email address [email protected] marked “Update of personal data”.
  4. The term of personal data processing is unlimited. The User may at any time withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by sending the Operator a notice by email to the Operator’s email address [email protected] marked “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data”.

7. Cross-border transfer of personal data

  1. Before commencing cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign state to whose territory the personal data are intended to be transferred provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
  2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territories of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may be carried out only if there is written consent of the personal data subject to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.

8. Final provisions

  1. The User may obtain any clarifications on questions of interest regarding the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator by email at [email protected].
  2. This document will reflect any changes to the Operator’s personal data processing policy. The Policy remains in effect indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
